At last Thursday’s London Low Carbon Best Practice Exchange Anthony Day addressed these issues and more. He spoke in detail about the Early Action Metric, the Performance League Table and Recycling Payments. We discussed Disaggregation, the Safety Valve and the Second Market. We came to the conclusion that by the time we get to the capped phase it will no longer be any sort of game. CRC is not just another tax that you pay and forget. CRC will change your behaviour, your business outlook and your business model.
